Ashley and Terance’s autumn wedding was truly breaktaking. My favorite part about designing the flowers for this couple was creating the rich, berry toned color palette. Normally I find mixed color palettes a challenge as every detail and color choice has to be just right. In order to lighten and break up the darker tones, champagne toned dahlias and garden roses were mixed in. I love how they softened everything, especially the bouquets. We also incorporated accents of grapes and plums into the centerpieces to enhance the overall look and feel of the berry richness. Sarah and Tim of Ryon:Lockhart Photography captured this wedding SO beautifully and completely spoiled me with over 50 images of flower goodness. I’ve narrowed it down to about 20 but you can see more images from this wedding on their blog as well —> Ashley + Terence
